      Lou Henson's 1988-1989 Flyin' Illini team is one of the greatest Illinois teams in the history of the school.  Led by Kendall Gill, Nick Anderson and Kenny Battle the Illini went 31-5 and reached the Final Four.  During that special season the Illini defeated 12 ranked teams including wins over #10 Missouri, #3 Indiana, and #8 Michigan.

The right orange?

Just got this in the mail. I already own the navy shirt and wanted the orange too because I liked the style so much. The quality is still top notch but I’m not sure the orange color is right.

I know it’s “vintage orange” but it still seems really light. Not quite Tennessee color but definitely lighter than anything I’ve seen with Illinois.

I’m not sure if I’ll be returning this or not (of course it looks a little darker in my picture).
