Order Update

Can I check the status of my order?

  • Order confirmation is provided at the time of order and shipping confirmation is emailed once your order leaves our facility. You can also track orders from the order tracking page here.

Can I cancel my order?

  • We will do our best to cancel orders before they have been shipped if you submit a request by sending us a note through the form at the bottom of this page.

What if I ordered the wrong size or item? 

  • If the order has not been shipped, please submit your request by clicking here, if the order has been shipped please follow our Return and Exchange Process here.


How long does shipping take?

  • 19nine prides itself on shipping orders as quickly as possible.  Standard time from order placement to shipment is currently 3-5 days at which point the order can be tracked through your shipping confirmation email.  During times of high volume, the lead time may fluctuate from our standard time.

Is there an option for expedited shipping?

  • 19nine does not currently offer an option for expedited shipping. 

Do you offer international shipping?

  • 19nine currently offers international shipping to Canada.

How can I track my order?

  • You can track your order using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Tracking says my order was delivered, but I don’t have it. What should I do?

  • 19nine utilizes both UPS SurePost and USPS for all orders.  Once your order leaves our facility we do not have any additional visibility beyond the tracking number that 19nine provides to you.  Please submit a claim through your shipping carrier if you have a dispute.  In the event that the shipping carrier does not resolve your dispute, please let us know through our Contact Us portal and we will do our best to make things right.  We have found that providing an extra 1-3 days past when a package is marked “delivered” generally resolves most disputes.

I live in a multifamily building (apartment, condo, etc.) and I can’t locate my order?

  • We have found that when an order is delivered via UPS SurePost, the driver may not use the standard drop off location.  If you cannot locate your order, please check our front desk, mail room, or other locations in your building.

Returns and Exchanges

How do I initiate a return or exchange?  

Are returns and exchanges free of charge? 

  • The flat rate for 19nine returns is $4 to cover the additional shipping and handling fees.  This fee is automatically withheld from your return credit. This fee does not apply if the return is due to a shipping error or quality defect.

Can I return an item after it’s been washed?  

  • No, once an item has been washed it is not eligible for return.

How many days do I have to return or exchange my order?

  • 19nine accepts returns or exchanges for 30 days following order fulfillment.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item in my order?

  • Please notify us through the form at the bottom of this page.

Can I return or exchange items that were discounted/on sale?

  • At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that were discounted/on sale.


What does a ‘modern fit’ mean?  Does our apparel fit true to size?

  • Modern Fit is a slimmer, more athletic fit.  We recommend sizing up when in doubt.  Please reference our 19nine Size Chart by clicking here.

Is your apparel pre-shrunk?

  • Yes, all of our garments are pre-shrunk.  All natural materials will experience shrinkage when not properly cared for.  Please reference “Washing Care” for our proper care of your apparel.

Washing Care

How should I wash and dry my 19nine apparel?

  • Please refer to the care instructions listed on the garment. We recommend washing cold and hanging dry for best results.

Is my school coming soon?

  • We are always adding new licenses and products. Please follow us on social media and subscribe to our email list for the latest updates.

How can I be notified when an item restocks?

  • Yes! To get restock alerts, go to the page of the product you are interested in. Select the desired size. A blue button will appear that says “Notify Me When Available”. A box will appear and prompt you to enter your desired size and email. Once the product restocks, you will receive an email alert!
