AWFUL Customer SERVICE

Wrong size was sent. Multiple emails were sent to 19nine and they were ignored. Was a xmas gift, and they sent the wrong size. I have confirmation showing I ordered the correct size. It's a shame because my husband was really looking forward to the item in the correct size.
