Never received the hoodie.

So, to be fair, I never paid for the hoodie. I was told via email that it was being sent to me because a prior order that I had placed was kinda screwed-up somewhere along the lines of putting it together and shipping it. I was thrilled when informed that they were going to make things right by sending me a free hoodie. As luck would have it, after a couple of shipments, they were able to make my original order right. But the promised (free) sweatshirt has never been delivered.
