WRONG SIZE SENT

PLEASE I need a 3x size and they sent me a 2x and my husband didn't realize it until we opened up Christmas gifts on Christmas Day. Yes I know this is past the return window but I was sent the wrong size he can't even wear a 2x. I specifically ordered a 3x and have been trying to contact someone to get this issue fixed. Please help me.
