The product was great, the communication/updates on status of product was poor.

I loved the product. However after placing my order, I received no updated emails on the progress of my order. I also attempted to email 19 nine and call 19 nine due to the tracking/confirmation number I was given would not give me any updates on the shipping of the product. I had no response to the email and the voice mail box was full for the contact number, so I could not leave a message. Just an email verifying that I placed the order and the product was taking longer than usual to ship would have been fine. I have ordered from this company before without any problems, so I'm hoping this feedback will help with future orders.
